- Yes. You pay once for your website and it's yours. Monthly plans (hosting from $15/mo, support, SEO) are optional add-ons — not a subscription you're locked into.
- How do I pay for the build?
- 50% to start, 50% at launch — or split it into 3 interest-free payments. You approve the design before we build — if you don't love it, you get a full refund.
- What if I need more pages than my package includes?
- Extra pages are $100 each, designed and built by us. Need 5 pages? Small Business covers them and adds local SEO setup, analytics, and lead-capture forms. Beyond that, it's a custom build.
- Do I own my website?
- Yes — the design, the code, your domain, and your content. If you ever leave, we hand everything over. No ransom, no games.
- Do I have to pay monthly?
- No. Hosting is $15/mo if you want us to keep it online, or you can host it anywhere you like. Support ($75/mo) and SEO ($249/mo) are there if you want them. All month-to-month — cancel anytime.
- What does “developer on call” cover?
- Support covers small edits — text, photos, hours, prices, a new section — each under about 30 minutes. Bigger jobs like new pages or features are quoted first, so there are never surprise bills.
- How fast will I be live?
- You'll see a design preview within about a week. One-page sites launch in about a week and Small Business sites in 2–3 weeks. Custom builds get a timeline with the quote.
- What kind of custom tools can you build?
